Altitude Camp

Selected Athletes participate in a week-long training at high altitude as a step towards a successful Cross Country season. The focus goes beyond the physical training but for the team bonding and building that play a major factor in team success. Athletes are invitation are based on time trials, attendance, commitment, work ethic, and attitude. WORK EXTREMELY HARD TO EARN A SPOT. DO YOUR SUMMER TRAINING!
